  1. The condition of booking is a 25% deposit payment. The remaining balance must be paid in cash or by bank transfer at the latest on the day of arrival, on site<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. The time given at the time of booking is binding for both parties. In the event of resignation from the stay in the booked period, the payment is not refunded<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. In the peak season, we accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. At other times, a total of PLN 200 is added for a stay of less than 10 nights (for final cleaning). In this case, the down payment is 50% of the value of the stay<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. The CHECK IN is at 16.00 on the day of arrival and CHECK OUT is at 10.00 on the day of departure. Both given hours are SHARP. There are no exceptions. It just makes our life\u2019s\u00a0 easier. As you may guess whole process requires special services to be booked in advance (cleaners, bedding etc)<\/strong>. When room is released, the parking space must be released too. It is not possible for checked-out guests to stay in another apartment (eg at friends’ place)<\/strong>.

  5. The property does not have facilities for guests arriving before 16.00<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Free of charge and available on request: baby cots, bath tubs, high chairs. It is necessary to notify us in advance. Submission at a later date does not guarantee availability<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. The antrances on the mezzanine due to safety ( climbing the ladder ) are possible from the age of 12+<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Available on site: towels (1 set per stay), vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker and beach equipment. We provide so-called starter kit (coffee, dishwasher capsules, washing sachets). Necessary utensils can be purchased at a nearby stores<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. For each apartment, on the property, there is space for a maximum of two cars<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. The tourist tax is added in accordance with the rate applicable in the commune<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. We provide you with free Wi-Fi in the entire facility<\/strong>. <\/span><\/li>\n
  12. The resort does not provide guests with meals. Meals can be bought, for example, in the all-year-round guesthouse Paula, about 70 m away. In the main season, we recommend Buraczki i Sp\u00f3\u0142ka, located 200m away .You can find dozens restaurants in Pobierowo<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  13. In the period from April to October we have families with small children. For this reason, we kindly ask our guests to preserve the unhindered rest of all. This applies to both the night and the day. In case of too loud behavior (loud music, loud feast, etc.), we reserve the right to intervene. Please observe quiet hours between 23-6 in the morning. This condition does not apply to the New Year period<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  14. The stay of people not checked-in requires prior notification in the administration. The total number of people staying in the apartment cannot exceed the amount provided for the given apartment. The maximum length of the visit may be 2 hours, without the use of utilities (eg shower, kitchenette, parking). A longer stay is possible only in the case of vacancies in the apartment and requires registration and payment for the stay. For the feasts, grilling and drinking alcohol please invite your friends BEYOND THE AREA of our property. Boldly but fair :There is no deviation from this rule, so please think carefully before making a reservation<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  15. The resort is strictly non-smoking<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
