WAVEhouse<\/strong>\u00a0is a new complex (estab. 2019) of three independent, comfortable houses – apartments, located in Pobierowo, in a quiet area surrounded by pine trees, and only aprox. 150 meters from the beach. Each of our apartments is a duplex with an additional mezzanine. On the ground floor there is a living room with an open kitchen, utility room, bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with an additional toilet. Each living room opens onto a covered terrace, which enlarges the seating area. We offer 3 apartments at your disposal: <\/span><\/p>\n

In each house – apartment you can use free Wi-Fi, TV (smart TV). All kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, electric two-burner stove, sink, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, pots, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses and small kitchen accessories. Each bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and a hairdryer. For greater comfort, each apartment has its own air conditioner.<\/span><\/p>\n

Each house – apartment has an independent entrance and has an exit from the living room to a covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and a comfortable seat.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the garden there is a safe and well-equipped playground for Kids (a ship \/ tower with a swing and a slide, a safe trampoline, a board and a ping pong table). Your kids and you will also find a place to play eg volleyball or badminton.<\/span><\/p>\n

The whole area (aprox 1000 m2) is fenced and has a designated parking lot (2 parking spaces per one apartment).<\/span><\/p>\n

WAVEhouse<\/strong> apartments are the perfect place to relax for families with children and groups of friends. As mentioned you can reach the beach in 3 minutes (150 meters). In the very close proximity there are 2 grocery stores and a restaurant serving delicious meals. It should take no more than 15 minutes to reach the center of Pobierowo.<\/span><\/p>\n
